Sunkyung Noh was born in South Korea and studied at Yonsei University in Seoul. From 2018 she studied two master's degrees in organ and claviorganum at the Hochschule für Musik Hamburg. From 2022 to 2024 she has studied at the Hochschule für Musik "Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy" in Leipzig in the Meisterclass. While pursuing her undergraduate studies in Korea, she won many organ competitions and received a full scholarship from the Korean government for outstanding music students. In addition to her career in Korea, she has also achieved excellent results in many major competitions in Europe: First prize and Gold Medal at 32nd St. Albans International Organ Competition, first prize at International Buxtehude organ competition in Lübeck and International Felix Mendelssohn competition in Berlin, etc. Now she continues to perform actively in the USA, UK, European countries such as Germany and Ireland and South Korea, and has performed in important venues such as Thomaskirche in Leipzig, St. Bavokerk in Haarlem and King's College. She has also performed with the orchestra at the world-famous Gewandhaus in Leipzig and has been a guest performer with the Essen Philharmonic.
