David Bremner is a pianist, composer and organist based in Dublin. Originally from West Cumbria in the United Kingdom, he moved to Ireland in 1999 following an organ scholarship at Keble College Oxford. He has studied piano with Mary Lennon, and organ with David Sanger and Mark Duley. David is currently assistant organist at Christ Church Cathedral, Dublin and has also performed with many of Dublin’s leading ensembles, including the RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra of Ireland, the RTÉ Concert Orchestra, New Dublin Voices and Crash Ensemble. He gives recitals regularly, both as a soloist and as a duo with soprano Elizabeth Hilliard. In January 2012 he accompanied Hilliard in a Béal mini-series in the National Concert Hall featuring new specially-commissioned works by Garrett Sholdice and Siobhán Cleary. In 2013–2015 he performed as part of the Association of Irish Composers Irish Canon series, touring a solo recital of organ music by living Irish composers. David Bremner co-directs the music/text production company Béal, and is active as a composer. Recent projects include the CD L'air du temps, a work for the RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra, and a largescale song-cycle that sets the poetry of Irish minimalist poet Billy Mills, written for Hilliard and violist Andreea Banciu.

Originally from Bochum, Germany, David Stalling has been working as a composer and sound artist in Ireland since the late 1990s. His works have been performed and exhibited internationally. With a sensitivity to the sonic nature of both lived in and imagined worlds, David’s practice transcends the traditional definition of composing, utilising a variety of media: acoustic and electronic sound; field recordings and found objects; moving image and lighting. He is a recipient of the 2014 artist-in-residence award at the University College Dublin School of Science. He has curated and produced numerous festivals and events, and is artistic co-director of the Hilltown New Music Festival since 2009. David maintains an ongoing collaboration with artist Anthony Kelly. Together they create sonic and visual works, and they also run the sound art record label farpointrecordings.com.
